Director of Site Operations

As Director of Site Operations, Tekorah will oversee the effective operation of CRED Program Sites in alignment with the company’s mission to uphold and strengthen the Programs Model. She will offer dedicated support to implement best practices in operational tasks for CRED Sites while also assisting the Chief Program Officer in supervising Site Managers.

Tekorah is a collaborative and forward thinking professional with over 15 years of proven success in the social justice and workforce development sectors, with a wide breadth of experience managing and developing workforce initiatives. Before joining Chicago CRED, Tekorah served the mission of Cleanslate Chicago/Cara Collective, where she led productive teams, designed programming, and implemented best practices to train job seekers from underserved communities facing barriers to employment.

Tekorah’s passion lies in serving the highest-risk individuals, driving her to empower them to create real economic destinies while fostering transformative change. Her commitment to this mission fuels her dedication and drive in her work.
