Sherry McAdoo-Champion

Director of Site Operations, Cred South

Sherry McAdoo-Champion is the Communications Manager, focusing on internal and external communications, media relations, and message development and strategy. Sherry will also continue to assist other members of the CRED team with event planning and special projects.

Prior to joining Chicago CRED, Sherry honed her professional acumen at the multiple Emmy Award-winning talk show, The Oprah Winfrey Show/Harpo Productions, where she served as a member of the executive support team and acted as the Audience Producer for over a decade. After the twilight of the Oprah Winfrey Show in its 25th season, Sherry took her talents to the Emmy Award-winning talk show, The Steve Harvey Daytime Talk Show, where she was a member of the executive support team and served as the supervising audience producer for five seasons. Sherry also served as the consultant of executive projects for the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association where she was under the tutelage of her mentor, Trent Haywood, MD, JD and president of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Institute.
