Shashu Harris

Project Manager – North Lawndale Collaboration

Shashu Harris is the Project Manager for the North Lawndale Collaboration, reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships. In her previous role, she served as the Lead Workforce Counselor for CRED’s Employment & Training program. Prior to joining Chicago CRED, Shashu was a Career Coach at Skills for Chicagoland’s Future. Her new role gives her the opportunity to expand her network with others who share her commitment to violence reduction work. Her duties include collaborating with program staff including outreach workers, clinicians, job coaches, crew chiefs, and program managers, as well as site directors from CRED, READI, and CP4P.
