Senior Manager of Finance & Operations

As Senior Manager of Finance & Operations at Chicago CRED, Nancy works closely with the Director of Finance & Ops and other departments to ensure the organization operates smoothly and effectively in alignment with its mission. She is responsible for grant and contract management, the administration of grants, ensuring compliance, and fostering collaborative relationships with grant partners. Nancy also contributes to financial analyses and budgeting, ensuring the organization’s fiscal health through detailed financial reporting and support during audits. Additionally, she supervises operational procedures, provides training to staff on policies, and implements process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency.

Born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, Nancy is a graduate of the University of Alaska Anchorage, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in professional writing, rhetoric, linguistics, and literacies, along with a minor in history.”
