Executive Assistant to Arne Duncan

Monica Guerrero is the Executive Assistant to Arne Duncan and the office manager for Chicago CRED.

Monica is passionate about creating a Chicago that’s more equitable, safe, and just. Born and raised on the North Side of Chicago, she has over 15 years of experience working in civic and social justice organizations focused on communities and youth. Prior to joining CRED, Monica worked at the YMCA of the USA as an executive assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and played important roles in furthering the Y’s commitment to diversity and inclusion. Prior to the YMCA, Monica worked at The Boston Consulting Group where she gained in-depth experience working for C-Suite executives in a fast-paced environment.

Monica is a graduate of DePaul University with a concentration in Communications.
