Laurie Shoulterkarall
Executive Assistant to the Citywide Team
Laurie ShoulterKarall is the Executive Assistant for the Chicago CRED Citywide team reporting to the Chief of Strategy and Policy. She manages administrative tasks for the members of the Citywide team and the Policy and Strategy team.
Prior to coming to CRED, Laurie was the Communications Manager and the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Chicago International Charter School (CICS). She has also worked at the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL) and at After School Matters.
As an adult learner, Laurie completed her Bachelor of Arts at North Park University, a paralegal certificate from Roosevelt University, and a marketing certificate from the University of Chicago School of Professional Studies as well as continuing classes at U of C. In her spare time, Laurie is published author and professional editor for dissertations, academic papers, and fiction publications.
